What we implement.
Three levers, chosen by the process to fix, not by the number of features to sell.
No platform imposed: your tools first. If a platform is needed, it is chosen with you, opened in your name, and its cost is shown separately.
Connect · CRM, integrations, connected website
The next step, visible to the whole team.
A useful CRM does not ask the team to work for it. It mirrors your real workflow, limits data entry, shows what is waiting on a decision and keeps the history in one place.
- 01Request
- 02Reliable record
- 03Owner
- 04Next action
- 05History
What we configure
- Contacts, companies, requests, opportunities, tasks, calendars, communications and dashboards, according to your roles and rules
- A connected website: every request becomes a traceable file instead of a lost email
A fictitious example
- A bid request comes in through the website. A record is created with the source, the date and the person responsible; the follow-up is scheduled. Nothing depends on anyone’s memory.
Working framework
- A CRM is not an employee-surveillance tool
- Role-based permissions and individual accounts where the platform allows
- Marketing consents kept separate from service requests
- Commercial messages: documented consent or exemption, identified sender, unsubscribe
- Data migrated by sample before the full import
- Scope, export and platform dependencies documented
Automate
Automate the repetitive. Surface the exception.
A good automation runs a stable rule and stops when the context calls for judgment. It reduces copying, documents the action and lets a person take over.
- 01Trigger
- 02Rule
- 03Approval
- 04Action
- 05Visible exception
Example processes
- Confirmations, assignments, reminders, approvals
- File creation, document preparation
- Status synchronization, exception reports
A fictitious example
- A supplier invoice arrives by email. It is filed, attached to the right project and presented to the approver, with a deadline. If an amount exceeds the agreed threshold, the rule stops and a person decides.
Working framework
- Human approval for important decisions
- Supplier or employee banking details never changed by an automation: any change becomes a check by your team, by phone, at a number already on file, never the one in the message
- No integration promised before the API, costs and limits are validated
- Alerts and manual fallback planned for critical errors
- Documentation, process owner and decommissioning plan defined
Private AI
AI inside your company. Your data under control.
We choose with you between cloud, hybrid and local modes according to risk, volume and budget. In local mode, your company owns the hardware; we size it, deploy it, apply the security measures agreed in writing, connect it to your tools and support it.
- 01Authorized data
- 02Chosen mode
- 03Governed execution
- 04Human approval
- 05Verifiable result
What it does, concretely
- Analyze and sort large volumes of email
- Create records from documents
- Search internal documents
- Prepare replies, with human approval
A fictitious example
- Two hundred supplier emails a week are sorted by project and urgency; draft replies wait for a person. Nothing goes out without them.
Working framework
- No silent fallback to the cloud when strict local mode is agreed, including in the AI tools EmTé uses during the engagement
- Hardware purchased in the client’s name; rights to data, deliverables and modules defined in the contract
- No confidential data used to train a general model without written authorization
- Human approval and audit trail for significant decisions or actions
“Private” describes a working framework, not a location: only authorized data is processed, the processing location is chosen with you, and your confidential data is not used to train a general model without your written authorization. In cloud or hybrid mode, some or all processing takes place at an external provider named in the proposal, under its terms. Local does not mean invulnerable. The proposal specifies where processing happens, network flows, retention, responsibilities, dependencies and support.
The right lever depends on the process.
That is why everything starts with the Diagnostic, not with a software demo.
