What SMBs ask us
Does EmTé only sell access to software?
No. The subscription covers a configured environment, support and the services included in the package. The setup fees cover analysis, configuration, testing, training and go-live.
What technology do you use?
EmTé selects and configures proven technologies, including HighLevel when it fits the situation. The choice depends on your operations, your integrations and your requirements. When a need can't be properly covered by the platform, an integration or an add-on module can be proposed.
Why are there setup fees and a subscription?
Implementation is an initial project: processes, data, configuration, automations, testing and training. The subscription then covers the platform, monitoring, support and optimization included in the package.
Are SMS, calls, emails and AI features included?
They can incur variable fees based on usage. These fees are presented separately and thresholds can be agreed on to avoid surprises.
Can I cancel?
Yes. After go-live, the subscription can be cancelled with 30 days' notice, subject to amounts already committed and the terms of the contract.
Who owns my data?
The client's business data remains theirs. Export options, technical limits and the end-of-service procedure are explained before implementation. Some configuration elements or third-party providers may have their own transfer limits.
Does AI replace my team?
The goal is to automate repetitive tasks and help the team respond faster and more consistently. Important decisions should keep human validation when the context requires it.
Does the system integrate with my tools?
Often, yes. EmTé first checks the available connectors, APIs, costs and limits. An integration is never promised before that validation.
How long does an implementation take?
The timeline depends on the processes, data and integrations. It is defined in the implementation plan. Projects are deployed in phases to reduce risk.
How do you protect personal information?
Collection is limited to what's needed, access is restricted and relevant providers are documented. Transfers outside Quebec and any required assessments are handled according to the nature of the engagement.
What is your guarantee?
Functions and acceptance criteria are defined in writing. During the 30 days following go-live, any included function that is not conforming is fixed at no charge, under the conditions set out in the contract.
