A request becomes an email
It has no owner, deadline or next step until someone re-enters it elsewhere.
Design · integration · operations
Websites, CRM, automations and AI connected to your tools, with important decisions kept in human hands.EmTé designs and runs digital systems for Quebec SMBs: websites, CRM, automations and AI features. We integrate with your current tools, document how the system works and keep important decisions in human hands.
25 minutes · No commitment · Scope defined before any proposal
The problem is rarely a lack of software. It is the manual handoff from one tool to the next, with no clear owner, no next action and no shared view.
Field notes · four recurring frictions
It has no owner, deadline or next step until someone re-enters it elsewhere.
Form, spreadsheet, CRM, accounting software: every copy adds delay and another chance for error.
When the week gets crowded, reminders, approvals and follow-ups are the first things to slip.
Each tool shows its part. None shows what is blocked, who owns it and what comes next.
Each building block works on its own, but reaches its full value connected to the others. You start where it's most useful, then extend at your own pace.
Start with one block · extend at your pace
Three profiles · processes to connect
Inbound requests, appointments, estimates, client records and after-sales follow-up, connected without replacing every tool.
Pipelines, tasks, approvals, communications and visibility into what is waiting for a decision.
EmTé's expertise comes from construction administration, but the method applies to many service SMBs. Highly regulated sectors and high-impact decisions require a separate review before any engagement. Real estate broker? See our dedicated page →
You validate each step before moving to the next. Projects are deployed in phases.
Five steps · validated one by one
A 25-minute conversation to confirm the problem, the context and the fit.
Mapping of the priority process, scope and phases, followed by a written proposal.
Website design, CRM configuration, automations, integrations and testing against the agreed criteria.
Training, documentation, validation and a controlled launch.
Monitoring, support and optimization according to the chosen package.
The timeline depends on your processes, data and integrations; it is defined in the implementation plan.
Starting prices posted · scope defined in writing
When a problem crosses several tools, we map the process, risks, priorities and budget before proposing an implementation.
100% credited toward any implementation project of $4,900+ accepted within 30 days.
A focused, fast website connected to the follow-up that should begin after every form.
One priority process connected end to end, with ownership, approvals and a clear view.
Several processes, teams and data sources brought into one architecture, operated with you.
Your data, content, domain and accounts remain under your control. Rights to engagement-specific deliverables, EmTé's reusable modules and third-party technologies are set out in writing before the project starts.
Construction, bid tracking and B2B commercial accounts: more specific vertical offers are presented on their dedicated pages.
The right starting point depends on the process to fix, not on the number of features to sell.
Starting prices in Canadian dollars, before taxes. The proposal states the scope, instalments, platform and usage fees, support, any minimum term and the end-of-service procedure. No mandatory fee is added after acceptance without your written approval.
What support covers
Support covers the use and correction of the elements included in the package. New processes, integrations, campaigns, development and scope changes are subject to a separate estimate.
Before the engagement begins, the functions to deliver and their acceptance criteria are set in writing. During the 30 days following go-live, any included function that is not conforming is fixed at no charge.
EmTé does not guarantee any specific sales volume, revenue or business outcome.

No. The platform subscription covers the configured environment and the technical services named in the proposal. Recurring human services are presented separately when applicable. Setup fees cover analysis, configuration, testing, training and go-live.
EmTé selects and configures proven technologies, including HighLevel when it fits the situation. The choice depends on your operations, your integrations and your requirements. When a need can't be properly covered by the platform, an integration or an add-on module can be proposed.
No. EmTé designs, configures and runs your connected business system. HighLevel is one of the technologies we may use behind the scenes when it fits, but the value we deliver is analysis, implementation, integration and support, not the mere resale of a license.
Implementation is an initial project: processes, data, configuration, automations, testing and training. The platform subscription then covers the configured environment and the technical services named in the proposal. Human monitoring, managed support, optimization and usage fees are presented separately when applicable.
They can incur variable fees based on usage. These fees are presented separately and thresholds can be agreed on to avoid surprises.
Yes, according to the initial term and notice stated in your proposal. Some offers become month-to-month after the initial term and then provide for 30 days' notice. Any mandatory termination rights continue to apply.
Your data, content, marks, domain and accounts opened in your name remain yours. EmTé retains its methods, templates, connectors and reusable generic modules. After payment, you receive the contractual rights needed to operate and have the deliverable maintained; a complete assignment or exclusivity must be written and priced separately. Third-party platforms and components remain governed by their own licences.
The goal is to automate repetitive tasks and help the team respond faster and more consistently. Important decisions should keep human validation when the context requires it.
Yes, when the use case, volume and budget justify it. The business purchases the recommended hardware in its own name; EmTé sizes, configures, secures, connects and supports the local environment. A strict local mode is designed without silent cloud fallback. Scope, network dependencies, updates, support and limits are defined in writing before the engagement.
Often, yes. EmTé first checks the available connectors, APIs, costs and limits. An integration is never promised before that validation.
The timeline depends on the processes, data and integrations. It is defined in the implementation plan. Projects are deployed in phases to reduce risk.

Functions and acceptance criteria are defined in writing. During the 30 days following go-live, any included function that is not conforming is fixed at no charge, under the conditions set out in the contract.
