The five steps.

Discovery call
A 25-minute conversation to confirm the problem, the context and the fit. You provide a description of the process that gets stuck; you leave with a clear answer: Diagnostic, or nothing.

Diagnostic
Mapping of the priority process, the scope and the phases, then a written decision memo. You provide two or three interviews; you receive the memo and three options. It can conclude that nothing should be implemented.

Implementation
Configuration, automations, integrations and tests according to the agreed criteria. You grant our named access, limited to the engagement, and provide a data sample; you receive a connected, documented and tested process.

Go-live
Training, documentation, validation and controlled start. You validate each feature against the written criteria; the 30-day guarantee starts here.
- 05
Ongoing service
Support, Copilote or Managed service, depending on the level chosen. You receive monitoring, corrections and, depending on the level, follow-up drafts and the one-page report.

- Alerts and manual fallback planned for critical errors; documentation and process owner defined.
- A data sample is migrated before the cutover.
